This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour security, and flat-screen TVs. The staff even helped me plan my evening on my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for a xmas.

The setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of Apollo Victoria Theatre. Stayed in family room for the television which was perfect for me. The staff were welcoming, as I could only expect.

Location is good. Quite near to couch station.
A little bit dirty. Some hair can be found on the bed and the ground.

The so called ensuite was across a corridor and not in the same room, the window was broken and therefore had a 2 inch gap the heating was broken and was freezing, tea/coffee etc was not replenished as well as there being no milk left at all, when going to get some the receptionist looked like a builder sleeping on reception who did not even speak english, baring in mind we were in london. The walls were filthy and the carpets were not hoovered in the 3 days we were there. All the breakfast staff were of a foreign nature speaking very little english and all as miserable as sin

It was clean and convenient for transport.
The room was tiny. The en-suite bathroom was a cupboard. We had to hang our clothes over the coffee making facilities. There was no bedside table. The continental breakfast was grim and there was WET PAINT on all the woodwork on the stairs for the entire time we were there.

The location was good, close to Victoria station, nice light breakfast area and excellent shower. The staff were very helpful and tried to be as accommodating as possible. They offered to move our room when we were not given an en suite as paid for. We might have moved hotels for the second night but after looking in the same area and price range at other reviews, it was clear there was a lot worse out there. I wouldn't have thought that saying no trains shaking the building and no bed bugs needed saying as positive things about a hotel but in this area this seems to be a bonus.
Our room was mis-sold as a spacious (no), deluxe (you're kidding right?), en suite (across the corridor), with tv (broken) and workstation (bedside cabinet). Our room was in the basement and pretty depressing for our romantic weekend away.
